Before you make a free agent bid from the web, be sure you have created your budmans.com user account.  Also, be sure your account has at least First name, Last name, and your e-mail address properly set.

You should always update your account if something changes, especially your e-mail address.  Go to the budmans.com main home page (http://budmans.com) and click on the User Preferences link to make changes.  If you ever forget your password, there's a link (Forgot your Password?) there that lets you e-mail your password back to you.  You can also see a complete members listing there.

You can choose a player to make a bid on from the lists by clicking on the player.  Multiple players can be chosen by holding the CTRL key while clicking.  Press the Submit button to proceed to the next page.

On this next page, you can modify your bids.  Enter each bid on a line like this:

Bako, Paul ,MLW,C , $3
Daal, Omar ,LA ,P , $4

For position players the idea is to type over the ?? with the player's proper position. You are also free to add any additional comments or insights.

Then press the button.

This process will properly submit the free agent acquisition e-mail message and a copy will be sent to you.
